Little Sluggers Indoor Camps are designed for young players, ages 4 to 7. The camps are indoors at the HQ4Baseball & Softball Training Facility, located at 1328 – A Cross Beam Drive, Charlotte, NC, 28217. Each camp runs Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 1 pm each day.

Players are grouped by age and skill level, and taught the fundamentals: throwing, fielding, and hitting. We use low impact safety balls and tennis balls for many of the drills, to avoid any injuries and help reduce the fear of getting hit by the ball. Each skill is broken down and taught one step at a time, so that players will understand and learn.

We also teach base running skills, including sliding on our sliding mats. Players are taught defensive situations so that they understand what to do in game situations.

Parents are welcome to watch the camp, or wait in the lobby with satellite TV. Of course, they can drop their player off at 10 am and pick them up at 1 pm if they want.

Players should dress to play ball, but wear tennis shoes – NO CLEATS. We will take a snack break, so they should bring a non-perishable snack. We provide water, but players are welcome to bring their own drinks.

The cost is $125 per player for a five day camp. The dates are:
-    June 14th through 18th
-    July 19th through 23rd
-    August 16th through 20th
